U.K. Government’s COVID-19 PPE procurement scheme. 

Euthenia Investments (the “Company”) notes recent media articles related to the Company’s participation in the U.K. Government’s emergency PPE procurement scheme. 

These articles make several incorrect claims, such as suggesting that the Company profited out of its contract with the Government and attempt to place the Company’s participation in a negative light.  

In response to the Government’s appeal, the Company sought to assist the Government in procuring critical equipment when it was most needed and complied with all Government processes in place at that time.
